Regarding True Repentance

Section One

2/5/11 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy During Fellowship
For The Lord’s Little Flock, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

A brother in Christ said: I don’t think I ever find myself putting others before me. Lord, help me.

[The Lord replied] My son, does not conviction also bring about revelation in those in whom My spirit dwells? And when it is finished, does it not also lead to repentance, producing new and righteous works - a deep desire to be set free in My love, followed by a sincere unyielding commitment to make your love perfect through obedience; the shedding of the skin of this world, the crucifying of your old man with his sinful ways, the putting on of the new man who is renewed in the knowledge of The Holy One, conforming to the image of Him who created him? For this, My son, is true repentance, says The Lord.

A brother in Christ said: Thank You, Lord, for the correction You have given us. Lord, have we truly repented?

[The Lord answered] My son, your question can only be answered by tasting the salt in one’s tears, says The Lord.

The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For Those in Men’s Fellowship, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Thus says The Lord YahuShua: I have cleansed My well beloved, even every vessel, as many as are willing to receive, as many as are willing to walk in My ways and make their repentance full. Yet who among you has truly received? Who among you has made every effort to cast off his old nature and walk free? Who has come to Me naked that he may be clothed in My righteousness, that I might gird him with My strength?"

8/13/11 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For a Brother in Christ, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

A brother in Christ asked this question: Will you ask The Lord if He is pleased with my wife’s repentance?

[The Lord answered] In repentance I am always well pleased. Therefore let the penitent now turn fully to God, and do works meet for repentance.[1] Let them no more be as the hypocrite, but let them walk close behind Me, abiding in the shadow of The Almighty. And let the wife in her youth learn piety at home, for this is good and acceptable before God.[2] And what more shall I speak than that which I have spoken already? Therefore believe My words, and also do them, says The Lord.

For Someone Who Asked if They Can Still Serve The Lord as a Pastor
Even Though They Are Homosexual, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"If you ask of Me forgiveness, I shall surely forgive you, even for all you have done. Yet to continue in those same sins, for which you had sought forgiveness, is most unpleasant in My sight. For by doing so, you have made My forgiveness of no effect. For that which requires forgiveness is the very same from which you must depart, lest your repentance become unrepentance, crucifying Me again and again in your heart.

For repentance is more than the asking...

It must come from a deep desire to be set free
In My love, followed by a sincere unyielding
Commitment to make your love perfect
Through your obedience...

The shedding of the skin of this world,
The crucifying of your old man with his sinful ways...

The putting on of the new man who is
Renewed in the knowledge of The Holy One,
Conforming to the image of Him who created him...

Says The Lord.

My son, there is none righteous in all the world, no, not one. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Behold, even Timothy, a man who I have given to hear My voice, does continually stumble. Yet when he is weak, he becomes strong. For My grace is sufficient for him, and My strength is made perfect in his weakness. For he does not cease from coming to Me, laying himself at My feet in repentance, taking full responsibility for his actions, remorseful over those things which yet cause him to stumble, being fully tempted as all men. For I have not yet delivered My people out of temptation; nor has the evil one been bound in the abyss (this time is not yet). Yet from the power of sin, which is death, I have surely delivered you - if you so choose to receive of Me fully, if you so choose to embrace Me as I truly am, if you so choose to remain in My love[3]."

~

"Yet if one comes to Me and asks of Me forgiveness, even a continual washing in My own blood, he shall surely have it; even if he comes to Me seven times, or seventy times seven times, he shall be forgiven. For I forgive all those who come to Me in sincerity and in truth, and draw near to those of a contrite heart, delivering those of a humble spirit.

Beloved, by this then
Shall our love be made perfect...

You shall abstain from that which is
Not lawful, and make every effort
To depart from that which is an
Abomination in the eyes of God...

You must strive to be completely separate
From that life, presenting your body
As a living sacrifice to The Lord...

Blameless."

Breaking Through the Barriers

"Beloved, let your tears flow
When The Spirit convicts you...

Let them cleanse your eyes so you may see,
As your heart is set free...

And no more resist
The cleansing of The Lord."

Section Two

Responsibility

One who does not take responsibility
For their wrong-doings can by
No means place them at My feet...

And until one faces their hurts,
By no means can I heal them...

For the placing of blame turns the shoulder,
And reluctancy hinders the heart...

Yet perfect love casts out fear,
And the one who truly knows Me trusts
In My ways and embraces My correction...

Says The Lord.

8/25/05 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For The Lord’s Little Flock, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

Thus says The Lord: It is the penitent man who shall know God, and penitent you must be; die to yourselves daily. Cast off the skin of this world and walk with Me as I am, and not as you would have Me be.
Beloved ones, do you long to obey? Then obey. Do you wish to stay clean? Then stay clean. Doubt is your enemy, doubt is a stone of stumbling at your feet. For I tell you the truth, one whose faith has come to completion, having received the full revelation of who I am, will not sin. For only the face of The Holy One is before their eyes.
Beloved ones, only One is without sin, The Son of Man. Yet the desire to sin is still within you, and now also The Truth, and so the battle rages. Therefore, beware. For doubt leads to disobedience, and to disobey God is sin, and the penalty of sin is death. Yet I have overcome death, having written your name in the Book of Life from the very foundation of the world. What is left then? Only the death of sin itself, and the passing away of death.
Beloved, cast off your sins, depart quickly from temptation, and to the accuser turn a deaf ear. For I tell you the truth, evil has lost its grip on the redeemed... Therefore hear My words, and also do them; give heed to My speech, and embrace all I have given you; drink deeply from this cup, and be created anew, says The Lord your Redeemer.

11/10/09 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"And what of all these houses called by My name, all these arrogant assemblies, these numerous denominations amongst the churches of men? Have any of these brought forth an offering worthy of acceptance, an offering of tears in sincere repentance, laying themselves upon the altar?[4]"

Excerpt from: I Can Wait No Longer

4/25/05 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For Timothy, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"For those without the gate retain their sin, for they hold fast to malice and have not yet departed from wickedness.[5] Yet the hearts of the first election are filled with compassion and a sincere desire to walk in My ways, having called upon My name in sincerity and in truth, as they bring forth new works meet for repentance.[6]"

Excerpt from: Do This in Remembrance of Me

7/26/11 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Thus I call upon the sons of men, even all who dwell upon the earth, to repent, to turn from your wicked ways, to bring forth new works worthy of repentance... Oh that justice would well up like water, and righteousness as an ever-flowing stream.[7]
Yet you will not listen, you refuse to hear! WAYWARD GENERATION! Yes even you, O churches of men, have run far from Me, seeking always to be loosed from all accountability as you build yourselves up in your own false glory, that you might receive praise and recognition from men!"

~

"Behold, I shall bring forth judgment against you, and My words shall strip you naked! Yes, I shall reveal all your secret parts, and you shall walk naked through the streets in that day, shamefully exposed! In that day, humiliation shall be your only garment and death your only hiding place! Therefore, let repentance come forth from your lips and righteous works flow from your hands, as your feet seek to regain the line!"

Excerpts from: ABASEMENT

7/16/06 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Hear the Word of The Lord, all you insolent children, and give ear, all you desolate houses, for thus says The Lord to those who dwell within the churches of men: Shall you come and stand before Me in your temples made by human hands, and say you are delivered, then go in that selfsame hour and pollute My name by all you say and do?! Desecration! Blasphemy!
How dare you kneel before Me in repentance, as a show before your brethren, adorning yourselves with pretense! You are not delivered! Your offerings are not accepted, neither will I hear your pleas. For you have surely taken the name of The Lord in vain! For not one of you strives to make your repentance full, nor are you willing to forgive all who have sinned against you. Thus your repentance has become unrepentance, and your words wind."

Section Three

8/4/06 From The Lord, Our God and Savior - The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy, For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Thus that which I have spoken by My prophets shall surely be. And though they stumble, they shall by no means fall, for they do continually humble themselves before Me... Therefore, blessed is the man who comes to Me ashamed of his trespasses, whose heart is full of grief on account of his sins, for I am faithful to forgive his sins. Indeed, I shall lift him up and set his feet upon hallowed ground."

6/19/07 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"For I died; behold, I am risen! I am alive forevermore! Amen! And as I live, so shall the penitent man live. Even if he should turn and stumble, his salvation is in no wise lost to him. For he has an Advocate with The Father, One who stands in his place, having already paid the full price for his transgression; behold, his sin is remembered no more, cast into a dark sea of forgetfulness!... And oh how blessed are those who strive always to make their repentance full, says The Lord."

Salvation Is Given and Must Be Received; Once Received,
Forever Shall It Belong to the Redeemed

7/16/09 From The Lord, Our God and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Again I say to you, REPENT, and run to your Savior in truth!
Embrace Him as He truly is, and not as you would have Him be!...

Flee all these churches of men, turn your backs on all their
Self-appointed apostles, prophets and preachers, and run!...

Run to YahuShua, whom you call Christ and Jesus!
For He alone is your hope and your shield,[8] your only escape...

Says The Lord."

2/4/10 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For The Lord’s Little Flock, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Therefore call on My name and make
Your repentance full, by departing
From those things which are not lawful,
Standing apart from those things I hate,
And you shall surely be delivered...

Says The Lord."

Excerpt from: Obey God

11/12/06 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"Therefore thus says The Lord, to all those who call of themselves Christian: Do you really know Me? Have you truly received of Me? And if you have received of Me, how is it you do not abide in Me? Where is the fruit of My spirit, which you say lives in you? I tell you the truth, I have not seen it! And of My gifts, what have you done with them? My lost sheep, where have you laid them? They lie next to your faith, which has also been misplaced.

Indeed many of you have asked of Me forgiveness,
And I have washed you in My own blood;
Are you not then married to Me?...

How is it then that you still play the harlot,
Returning to those things which are not lawful,
Taking pleasure in those things I hate?...

Thus as it is written, I will surely
Correct and discipline all those I love...

For I do not change."

Excerpt from: Follow Me

4/14/10 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior - The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy During an Online Fellowship, For a Brother in Christ, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

Thus says The Lord YahuShua: Why withhold, My son? Why do you suppress that which is revealed, that which you know to be true? Submit to the whole truth when I speak; embrace it, hear and so write; withhold nothing. For that which I reveal shall bring those appointed into My fullness, whether it be before or after. Trust in Me, therefore, for it is time to lay yourself down, to let go of these lusts which plague your heart, to put away these doubts which trouble your mind... It is time to decide, My son! Decide, and I shall surely finish it!

[A brother in Christ] I choose you now, Lord!

You have indeed chosen Me, says The Lord, even as I have chosen you. Yet understand this: I will no more share you, I will no more be divided in you. Decide, make the decision, draw the line in the sand! Rebuke temptation in My name; say to temptation and he who is the tempter, “YOU SHALL PROCEED NO FURTHER!”...

“I AM THE LORD’S!...

And I will no more give myself to diverse lusts,
To the cares and deceits of my flesh and this world.

I AM THE LORD’S!...

My heart, it is The Lord’s; My mind, it is The Lord’s;
My will, it is The Lord’s; My flesh, it is The Lord’s;
The whole of my body, even all I am, I give to The Lord.

I AM THE LORD’S!...

Yea, I pour out my life before The Lord,
Even as He poured out His; let me receive it!
In the name of My Love, I call out in YahuShua’s name, I ask to receive it!
YahuShua, My Life and My Righteousness, I want Your life!

MY LORD AND MY GOD, I AM YOURS!...

Do with me as You please
According to the good pleasure of Your will...

I give myself away. Amen.”

2/6/07 From YahuShua HaMashiach, Our Lord and Savior
The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy
For a Brother in Christ, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear

"My son, you are being born again even now, from the first moment you came to Me in repentance, even to this day. For I am faithful. And yet you ask, “How can this be?” questioning My words spoken to My servant, where I said, “You must be born again and again.” My son, I have spoken, and all I have written through My servant Timothy stands; no contradiction found. Rather it is the understanding of men, which remains lacking. Therefore if one comes to Me in repentance, with sincere remorse over their sins, they shall surely be born again - even again and again, as they strive to make their repentance full."
