8/13/10 From The Lord, Our God and Savior - The Word of The Lord Spoken to Timothy, For a Sister in Christ, and For All Those Who Have Ears to Hear
A sister in Christ asked: Hi Timothy. I was wondering if it would be too much to ask you, to lay your hands on me for healing? I have herniated discs in my neck after an injury at work. I know that I will get healed. The Lord has been continually healing me since I got hurt. We are moving to Colorado from Illinois, and we’ll be passing through this coming Sabbath. If it would be a possibility, I would love to hear from you, to tell me where we can meet with you. Thank you so much!
Thus says The Lord: Beloved, what is the power of man? He has little, and what he does have avails nothing. And what healing is accomplished by a man who has no knowledge of medicine? Are there not physicians for that? Yet the gift of healing by The Spirit is true. And healing of this kind comes by faith, by complete trust in Me and the power of My name, having little to do with the one who performs it... I will not share My glory.
Even Timothy does not have this gift, nor does this power reside in any man. Yet Timothy has indeed performed it, but only in accordance with My will. Yet for you, beloved, this is not My will... Rather it is My will that you pass him by, and look only to Me.
And what do I require of a daughter?
What is most pleasing in My sight?...
A daughter who loves Me more than these...
A servant who remembers My Commandments
And delights in doing them...
One who rests in Me on the Sabbath day,
Of which I had sanctified from the beginning...
I am The Lord.

Thus says The Lord: Faith is believing, I AM WHO I AM, and that I am able to perform it. Faith can by no means be attained, nor can one grab hold of it by human means. For there are works done without faith, which are dead, and a faith which has works, which is also dead. Yet your faith came by My works, which enable you to believe, I AM WHO I AM. And all good works, which come forth from you, are My works also.

Learn the lesson of obedience in The Lord...
For obedience is far greater than
Witnessing a prophecy come to pass,
And much greater than receiving healing
By a miracle, for obedience is born of love...
For those who have no trust seek after signs;
And those who remain in unbelief
Wait for miracles...
Yet only those who love Me,
Without condition, will remain faithful,
And only those who truly know Me
Will endure in times of trouble...
